I'm just going to stretch out the back of my hamstrings before I go for my walk.
But I want to say this is very important for everybody to do because you need to stretch
your hamstrings every day to keep your legs and your hips pain free.
All right, so a very simple stretch.
If you can't get all the way down, you can substitute with the yoga blocks, but you want
to just bend forward and you want to bend from the hips as far down as you can.
And if it hurts the back of your legs, they're really, really tight, just bend your knees
slightly.
Okay, alternatively, you can also go to the wall and just come down as far as you can
on the wall.
Again, bend your knees if you can't get down.
And you can use the wall to walk down as your flexibility increases.
And then you just take nice deep breaths.
Left and right.
Okay, and then you work your way down to the ground.
