Yeah, so I got your number because I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and I
have some really big plans coming up, you know.
I'm thinking about retiring, you know, maybe out in Hawaii or something.
Oh, okay.
I want to buy something really nice.
So, you know, I've kind of heard that you're really good at your job and I was hoping that,
um, there's like a certain number I have in my mind that I really need the house to appraise
for.

Well, let me start by saying, you know, I've made lots of upgrades in the house, you know,
