Hey man, Coach here. Just want to do a real quick lesson on when coach tells a player

"get pegged". It's not a good thing. It means you got to calm down, you're being disciplined.

If you're out on the field, like I'd be in my uniform, your pegs are going to look like this.

What it's going to do is just anchor you down so that you can't really misbehave or get out of line.

So you just keep slits in our uniforms, girdles here, and you just get that anchor right in there

because you're pegged. And this one, again, because of its weight, you can't really move around

without holding it in there. Because like I said, it's like 20 or 25 pounds. And that's one.

Let me quickly show you the other. If you want to get pegged and you're not in uniform, I'll show you.

Real easy. You just get one that's large enough to stay in there, but not so big that you can't get it out.

Real easy. You just set it on your feet and you position it. For me, I just take it all in one shot.

That's the easiest thing to do. Just like jumping in the pool. And before you know it, yeah, you're plugged.

You see that? This one in particular, Coach might tell you, you got to go through your warmup and your weightlifting

plugged just as a way to make sure you understand and you follow directions. Thanks, guys.
