No, it's still pretty bad because I'll be doing okay and then I get texts from her. I just, I mean, it's like constant over like little things.

Like I pull up my phone and there's a selfie of my stepdaughter like sticking her lips out like, "How's this color look, mom? Do I look sexy?"

And that, what do you do with that? If I don't respond, I'm a terrible mom. If I do respond, is that weird? And I don't have **** so I'm just like, and how do you ask your friends?

So I feel very alone, very alienated. Like I don't know if it's normal or if there's something like not right.

Is this something that you've been able to discuss at all with your new husband?

Well, no, because then you feel like the bad guy. Like I'm like the bad wife for saying stuff or I feel like he'd probably defend her and I don't want to start that push-pull thing.

Because she seems to really like me. You know, like I have moments where I'm like, "Oh, she's so sweet. This is so cute." And then I'm like, "Oh my God, she's too sweet. What is she doing?"

And I don't know where to draw the line.

So is it just text messages and selfies?
