Greetings and welcome to Naked in the Kitchen. I am your host Ginger Pear Tart, the hairiest
woman on earth, not to brag. And today we're going to make some potatoes that I'm going
to put in the oven. So yeah, let's get going on that. So let's see, let's start out by
preheating the oven to 400 degrees. And I'm semi-winging it with this because I'm like
tweaking a recipe heavily, in other words. And I keep my tater up here in the cabinet
because it's cool and dark. Just like me. But yeah, there's our potato. I know how to
say potato. I'm just kidding around when I say potato. And it's like, you know that song,
you say potato, I say potatoes. Does anybody actually say potato? I have never heard anybody
say that. Tomato, okay, but no one says potato. Like why is that in that song? Crazy talk.
Okay, so we're just going to cut this up and toss it with some stuff and stick it in the oven.
I'm a little high by the way. Just felt like I should let you know the full story there.
Just because it's fun. Okay, we're going to just peel it a little. I'm not going to be
too picky about it. I don't care if there's some skins on here, you know. It's all good.
