So today I'm just going to do some standing yoga.

Instead of sitting on the ground, a lot of the problems with the hips is because we don't move them.

So if you're sitting on the ground, you're stretching forward different ways, but you're really not moving those hip joints.

So today I decided I'm just going to do a standing flow.

So let's take a deep breath in.

Now let's come forward and do our right arm.

Deep breath in.

Remember to bend your knees if the backs of your legs hurt.

Leg, weight, move from left to right.

Come up and let's do some shoulder circles.

And then reverse, inhale.

Remember to keep your stomach tight.

Stand up straight.

Keeping your stomach tight keeps you standing up straight.

Okay, now let's just do some shoulder rolls like this.

You can put your hand on your hip, or you can just have it free flowing.

Nice and slow, deep breaths.

no time limit, just do it for you. Once you get used to doing, you know, your free flows,
